5 Stage Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinder for Dump Trailer , Hydraulic Ram Cylinder
DALLAST manufactures telescopic hydraulic cylinders of various stroke lengths and capacity.
Introduction:
1. A multistage / telescopic configuration hydraulic cylinder uses "telescoping" cylindrical housings to extend the length of the cylinder. A series of hydraulic tubes are nested like sleeves that telescope within each other. They are used to provide a long total output travel with as many as 6 stages or sleeves.
2. An external force is required to return the cylinder to the retracted position.
Application:
A typical application for a single-acting cylinder is a lift truck, where the load of the fork pushes the cylinder back. Dump trailers, aerial trucks, lift tables and the list goes on...

About piston rod:
High strength damage resistant piston rod provides 100,000 PSI minimum yield material in 1" through 4 1/2" diameters. Larger diameters vary between 50,000 and 75,000 PSI minimum yield material. All rods are case hardened to 50-55 RC and hard chrome plated to provide maximum wear life. Stainless steel is also available. The hard chrome plated of the piston rod according to your requirement.
Material:
Stainless steel is used in many of our designs to ensure corrosion, it does not end the life of the cylinder prematurely. Many stainless steel threads are coated with a proprietary substance to prevent thread galling to facilitate ease of assembly over the life of the cylinder, when periodic maintenance is required such as seal replacement.

We offer 12 months warranty.
