Introduction & Application
Telescopic cylinders have two or more piston rods in a coaxial arrangement to achieve greater extended length compared to the retracted length. An external force is required to return the cylinder to the retracted position. A typical application for a single-acting cylinder is a lift truck, where the load of the fork pushes the cylinder back.
Piston rod:
1. Material: 35#, SAE1045(45#), 35CrMo, 42CrMo4, etc
2. Technical Treatment: Quenched and tempered. 1.5-1mm, or 1.03mm per millimetre
Seal kits: Hallite, NOK, SKF, Parker etc.
The single acting telescopic hydraulic cylinders produced in DALLAST company are mainly used on: Tipping trailer; dump truck; side tipping vehicle; compressed equipment,etc.

Quality control:

2. Before hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , every spare parts would be measured and cleaned .
After hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , Pressure test would be carried out one by one.We ensure the
testing pressure is 30%-50% higher than rated pressure in almost one hour's test.Each hydraulic
cylinder must be tested without any leakage.
