1. what are we doing before products shipping out?
a. 100% Inspecting for products , final check for the packing, notice customer.
b. Giving customer the chain information, like the material certification, inspect reports, testing results.etc.

2. what we will do after customer receive the bad products?
a. For shipping problems: check with forwarder why it happened, and take responsibilty if our packing is wrong.
